Chinese and Western Dance + Physical Training
Zumba is a fun and fashionable way of fitness, an aerobic exercise that combines dynamic music with easy-to-learn movements. Zumba is based on Latin American dance and combines samba, cha-cha, salsa, reggae, flamenco and other dance styles. Aerobic exercise warms up the whole body and then performs physical training to increase muscle and reduce fat, improve immunity and physical fitness in an all-round way. Warm reminder: do what you can, safety first, breathe, smile, drink a small amount of water, fully immerse and release!
