Power Yoga
Xiaolin obtained a coaching certificate in the United States. Since the epidemic period, he has switched to online teaching. He understands the pain points of students’ online yoga learning, and is good at using precise and accurate language to help students better master yoga practice skills. The course is suitable for beginners and intermediate students. For the more difficult asanas, the coach will give an improved asana plan, and for the students with a better foundation, they will give an advanced version of the asana selection.
