Labrast Fitness includes various dance styles such as ballroom dance, Latin dance and ballroom dance, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive, Tango, Waltz, Quickstep. Music includes classics, pop and country from all eras. LaBlast is suitable for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey, from beginners to experienced dancers, and you are welcome to dance with Teacher Penny.
