Strength Training
Through dumbbell exercises, the muscles of different parts of the body are trained to effectively help reduce fat and shape the body.
️ Course introduction: A pair of dumbbells, 4 sets of movements, training for buttocks, legs, chest and back, shoulders and arms, waist and abdominal muscles. Each group of 3 strength exercises, 1 aerobic to increase heart rate, effectively help reduce fat and shape. Repeat each set of movements.
Eastern Time: 6:30-7:30 pm.
Western Time: 3:30-4:30 pm.
