Baking Lecture

Teacher Elaine is from Suzhou. She studied economics and finance at Tsinghua University and the University of Hong Kong for undergraduate studies, and then studied for a master’s degree in business administration at Columbia University. She has worked in asset and wealth management in investment banking in Hong Kong for many years, and has also tried the fintech industry in New York. During the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020 and home isolation, Mr. Elaine began to try baking, and soon found an unexpected sense of accomplishment, a sense of steadfastness, and the joy and connection with others in the process of baking. In the past year, she has gradually established her own baking brand, Bugang Studio, and regularly holds baking-related courses and activities to promote traditional Asian cuisine and hope that more people will try baking!
