课程介绍：易筋综合保健运动包括桩功、活力八段锦、易筋套路、简化太极拳、经络拍打等五种运动。网络课程包括前面四种，因场地限制太极拳由太极柔软操来代替，经络拍打各自在家里做。
课程安排：背合掌桩功10分钟，太极柔软操10分钟，活力八段锦15分钟，休息（保健信息）15分钟，易筋三乘三10分钟，易筋套路45分钟，收功5分钟，共一小时50分钟。最好能全程参加，也可以只参加前半段或后半段。
