About Instructor

Penny 老师持有LaBlast Fitness教课证书，在密西根公益带课多年。LaBlast是一项由世界著名舞蹈家和健身专家Louis Van Amstel创建的无需舞伴的舞蹈健身运动。他在电视ABC的“与星共舞Dancing with the Stars” 节目中是最早的Pro之一。
