By joining Alliance for Impact (AFI), you agree to the following terms:
Participation is voluntary; AFI will not be liable for any injuries that may occur during our programs.
Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions and/or are pregnant before participating in our program.
In the event of participant property damage, injury, or death, participants and family members agree to waive the rights to file complaints or lawsuits against course staff and volunteers for any claim, including but not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, and fees. Participants may purchase corresponding insurance on their own terms if necessary.
Participants will purchase private lessons with SkyGym at their own risk. Any financial or course disputes are to be strictly conducted between participant(s) and their respective coach(es).
